Who is this workshop NOT for?

This couples enrichment workshop is NOT a substitute for couples therapy. Couples experiencing abuse, untreated addiction, untreated severe mental illness, or fallout from a recent affair should consult with Jim Urban, LMHC or another licensed counselor about enrolling in couples therapy.

Can I attend alone?

Yes you can! By strengthening your boundaries and improving your communication you can be a force for positive change in your relationship. We often have participants join us whose spouse or partner is either unavailable for the workshop or aren't yet interested in working to improve the relationship.
